Guild Exhibition in Newhall
“THE RICHNESS AND DIVERSITY OF CONTEMPORARY WEAVING”
TO EXHIBIT WORKS BY THE
SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA HANDWEAVERS’ GUILD
Explore the many diverse and modern styles of woven art at the new curated exhibit, “The Richness and Diversity of Contemporary Weaving,”showcasing works such as one-of-a-kind wearables, wall décor and vessels, created our members. The free exhibit is on display starting Friday, September 28, 2018.
Artists’ Reception: Wednesday, October 3rd from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Demo Day: Saturday, November 10 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We will be presenting demonstrations of various weaving techniques. Stop by to try your hand at weaving, or visit our pop-up boutique to purchase a unique handwoven piece!
Where: Community Room at the Old Town Newhall Library, located at 24500 Main Street in Newhall, CA.
